Dear YAEL,

We are delighted to welcome you to the Association for Spiritual Integrity. Your membership has been approved, and we are genuinely glad you are here.

What you have chosen to be part of is more than a membership. It is a growing community of spiritual teachers, guides, coaches, and leaders committed to their own ongoing growth, not just the growth of those they serve. As an ASI community member, you have agreed to be accountable for your impact on students and clients, including unintentional impacts when brought to your attention. You commit to actively requesting and addressing feedback, practicing self-honesty, and pursuing continued growth. Thank you for your commitment to integrity and your willingness to raise the bar for spiritual leaders.

We will include your photo, name, organization, and website in our ASI Spiritual Leader Members Directory. Please email us if you need to change your directory information.

Feel free to reach out if we can support you in the process of incorporating the ASI Honor Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Spiritual Leaders into your offerings.

Some additional benefits of your membership are:

• Access to educational webinars and community meetings. You will receive our newsletter (every 6 weeks or so), which will let you know about upcoming webinars and other ways to engage with our community of spiritual leaders.
   

• An ASI membership badge of integrity for your website and marketing materials. This badge shows students and clients that you prioritize spiritual integrity, follow ethical practices, and maintain a "do no harm" policy. Please display the badge on your website footer, on social media profiles, or when discussing integrity in your work. When posting on your website, link the badge image to https://www.spiritual-integrity.org/what-badge-means (opening in a new tab) so visitors can learn what ASI membership means.

• Access to our Facebook community discussion group.
   

• Priority posting of your articles, if related to the ASI mission (ethics in spirituality), on our public blog.
   

• Access to ASI's unique Peer Support offering. This program is a way for spiritual leaders to come together in small groups and share honestly from our human experience in a safe space as part of our ongoing personal growth.
   

• ....And more benefits as ASI grows and evolves in response to our members' needs.

Every membership agreement and requirement matters. We want to make sure you feel clear and confident about what you have agreed to. As a reminder:

1. You agree to adhere to the ASI Honor Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Spiritual Leaders.  We encourage you to post the Honor Code of Ethics on your website for your students, clients, and community to view. 
    

2. You agree to implement a process requesting feedback from your students/clients/community, especially after a special event. You can find sample feedback forms on our website to assist you in implementing your feedback request process.
    

3. You agree to post the ASI membership badge of integrity on your website or social media profiles (if applicable) with the link to "What ASI membership means" to inform your client base of your commitment to integrity and ethics.
    

4. If a plausible ethical concern is reported to us regarding your conduct, you commit to engaging fully in ASI's resolution process. This involves collaboration with our Evaluation and Restoration Team and may include professional mediation. Please review the Report an Ethical Concern form to understand how students or clients can initiate this process.
